Hi, I'm Saral.

I'm a data scientist by day, a curious person by night, and someone who has too many browser tabs open at all times.

I graduated from IIT Kanpur, took a job at a big company, and then realised that the most interesting parts of my life were happening outside of work. So I started writing about them.

This blog is where I put things I'm thinking about. Science that excites me. Experiments I'm running on myself. Projects I started with great confidence and abandoned halfway. Ideas that felt brilliant at 2am and questionable by morning.

Some of it is about AI and data, because that's what I spend my days in. Some of it is sketches and half-formed observations about ambition, money, and what it means to build something. Some of it is just me trying to make sense of being 23 in a world that's moving very fast. I don't have a neat thesis. I'm not trying to teach you anything specific. I'm just writing things down before I forget them, and sharing them in case they're useful to someone else.
